Job Responsibilities

Operations (80-90%)

• Lead event execution at partner schools for football game days and other events.
• Develop relationships with staff to maintain high morale and culture.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff.
• Manage processes like quality control, inventory, maintenance, and budgets.
• Design event layouts for tailgates and special events.
• Maintain office organization and cleanliness.
• Coordinate with game day vendors.
• Manage e-commerce platform for tailgate sales.

Sales (10-20%)

• Build relationships with partners and fan communities to generate leads and sales.
• Be on-site during events to foster relationships and secure referrals.
• Provide excellent guest service.
• Engage with local businesses and individuals to increase engagement.
• Meet or exceed sales goals set by the General Manager.

Minimum Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to synthesize information.
• Ability to work under pressure, adapt, and solve problems proactively.
• Ability to use tools and climb ladders.
• Quick troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, standing for up to 8-10 hours.
• Flexible schedule during event weeks.
• Reliable transportation to and from events.
