Job summary

Valor Hospitality Partners, LLC is seeking a friendly Rooftop Bartender for the Hilton College Station. This part-time role requires preparing and serving cocktails, maintaining bar cleanliness, and delivering exceptional guest service on the Reveille rooftop.

You’ll check IDs, handle payments, follow safety and liquor laws, and support opening/closing duties with a team-focused approach. Experience in food and beverage is welcome; strong English communication and multitasking skills are

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Three to six months in a food/beverage services environment.

Responsibilities

• Make and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers following established guidelines and safety controls.
• Provide cordial, efficient, and professional guest contact; ensure guest satisfaction.
• Check customer identifications to verify age.
• Ring guest checks and process payments per policy.
• Prepare liquor requisitions and maintain supply lists.
• Know state liquor laws and obtain Tips certification.
• Maintain established pars and complete side work as scheduled.

Provide exceptional service to all guests. Able to multitask and handle all the equipment especially in a bar that uses modern technology. Must have manual coordination to punch buttons, grasp items in hand, and to balance and carry trays loaded with food and beverages. Able to read, speak and understand English.
