Position: IT/Technical Interviewer

Experience Required: 0-2 Years

Location: India WFH (Remote)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Interviewer for technology like .NET in which the person should have very good experience in the mentioned technology for taking the interviews:

Responsibilities:

• Take a technical/coding round interview for .NET positions.
• Interviewing applicants to determine their qualifications for a job position (.NET/Full Stack)
• Participate in various coding and technology related challenges to gain knowledge
• Developing interview questions that are specific to the job being filled
• Conducting interviews using Teams/Google Meet with candidates to assess their qualifications for a position
• Explaining the details of the job to applicants who are selected for an interview
• Evaluating an applicant’s technical skills, knowledge, and experience to determine whether they are a good fit for a position
• Making hiring decisions based on the results of interviews, reference checks, and other information provided by candidates
• Following up with candidates after interviews to notify them of next steps in the hiring process, such as scheduling a second interview
• Prepare Daily Reports on the progress of the work as instructed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience with Technical interview for .NET position (Coding Round)
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies, or related discipline Only.
• Excellent communication and reasoning skills.
• You need to be proficient in the following technologies: .NET, C#, OOP concepts, SQL Server.
