Job summary

Core-Mark is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our inventory team. Under supervision, you will maintain accurate counts, process returns, and ensure proper handling of inbound and outbound goods in a union environment.

The position runs Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–8:30 PM, with a pay rate of $22.00 per hour. You’ll work with a team to verify shipments, unload deliveries, and keep records up to date in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience.
• 1+ warehousing, inventory, or related area.
• 1+ year of Rider/Electric Pallet Jack & Standup Forklift experience.
• Proficiency in computer operations, specifically with Microsoft Word.
• Must have RF Scanner experience.
• Ability to work in normal warehouse temperatures including Freezer/Cooler with temperatures ranging from 36°F (2°C) to -10°F (-23°C).
• Physical ability to regularly lift, carry, and position: up to 30 lbs. regularly, up to 40 lbs. frequently, and up to 65 lbs. occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate physical inventory count and records.
• Handle salvage product.
• Check for outdated product.
• Checks in Delivery Drivers
• Inspects and unloads all returning trailers
• Verifies returned goods and damaged product
• Makes decisions about the disposition of returned goods
• Re-enters goods into inventory
• Checks Delivery Driver route tickets, customer orders and prepare for operations.
• Maintains accurate records of returns
• Files invoices and other documents on a daily basis
• Receives Delivery Drivers' receipts of the day's customer deliveries
• Receives appointments as needed
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
