Job summary

Vortex Optics is seeking a temporary warranty team member in Barneveld, WI to learn multiple roles within the warranty team and provide accurate, timely processing of incoming service items for a CARE-driven experience.

The role requires collaboration, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic warehouse environment; SAP and Microsoft Office experience are preferred, with a 40 lb lift capability and a full-time on-site obligation.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Able to lift 40 lbs. and perform warehouse duties.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and SAP preferred.
• Temporary, onsite role in Barneveld, WI.

Responsibilities

• Opens packages sent by customers and stages repair items for order entry.
• Creates systematic outbound delivery notifications.
• Creates customer accounts and service orders for products sent in for repairs.
• Works independently and in a team environment with limited supervision.
• Performs additional warehouse duties to support seasonal volumes.
• Other duties as assigned.

Vortex Optics is looking for a talented individual to temporarily join our Warranty team beginning early September. As a returns temp, you will be responsible for learning many roles within our Warranty team, which will keep the work environment dynamic and varied while allowing for accurate and timely processing of incoming service items to provide an exceptional CARE experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Opens packages sent by customers and stages repair items for order entry
• Creates systematic outbound delivery notifications
• Creates customer accounts and service orders for products customers send in for repairs
• Works independently and make decisions with little direction from supervisor while at the same time working in a group/team environment
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned to support seasonal volumes
• Other duties as assigned
