Job summary

S&S Activewear is hiring a Returns Associate for our Lockport, IL warehouse. The role supports the returns process in a fast-paced environment, handling merchandise intake, inspections, and data entry to ensure accurate records.

You will also assist with warehouse tasks and maintain safety and organization on the floor. The position offers Monday–Friday hours, starting early morning, with benefits after probation.

Qualifications

• Six months experience in a similar Warehouse position.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to read and speak English.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Unpack returned merchandise and assess paperwork for proper procedures.
• Process returned goods in a timely manner.
• Inspect merchandise for quality and determine return category.
• Receive merchandise and follow safety return procedures.
• Distribute returns to correct locations considering value and type of return.
• Input customer account notes and return reasons into systems.
