Responsibilities

• Process returns for various product types.
• Verify RMAs match returned products.
• Quality inspect items for resale condition.
• Restoration tasks: cleaning, steaming, re-packaging, relabeling.
• Maintain a high pace to meet 100+ items daily.
• Report damaged returns with detailed notes and photos.
• Use WMS to process RMAs and restock items.
