Job summary

Kärcher is seeking a warehouse associate to inspect, repair, and rebox compromised merchandise and packaging in a quality-controlled environment. You will process returns, inspect paperwork for warranties, and coordinate with customer service on RMAs.

You will safely operate hand and power tools to repair or rebuild shipping units, while monitoring stock levels and ordering materials to keep the area organized and efficient. This role is on-site in a warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 6+ months of relevant experience in warehouse/production

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, inspect, repair, and rebox compromised merchandise and packaging per quality standards.
• Process customer and dealer returns, inspecting condition and paperwork for warranty claims and credits.
• Safely operate hand and power tools to repair or rebuild shipping units and packaging.
• Issue credit vouchers and draft explanations for denied warranty claims; collaborate on RMAs.
• Monitor packaging supply levels and order materials; maintain an orderly work area.
