Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience preferred, with ability to handle product movement and documentation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and able to create and maintain data formats.
• Experience using inventory systems (e.g., Green Screen) to research product history and record details.
• Must be able to read/write English and perform basic arithmetic.
• Aptitude for working with computer systems and data entry.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency in data entry and review.
• Well organized and able to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
• Initiative to work independently as well as in a team.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and accurately put away returned products from retail stores.
• Diagnose product issues and identify failures per warranty guidelines and perform necessary tests.
• Communicate with store operations about transfer and processing of defective merchandise to the DC.
• Collaborate with Private Brands and vendors to ensure proper testing methods and verification of defects.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and comply with safety standards.
• Support other production areas as workload demands.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
