Job summary

Techtronic Industries, NA (TTI) seeks an RTV Returns Inspector to inspect and analyze returned components, determine credit eligibility, and verify purchase dates and return windows. You'll collaborate with The Home Depot associates at the facility to document decisions and ensure accurate parts handling.

The role requires up to 2 years of experience with power tools or outdoor equipment, good analytical skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 2 year degree or HS diploma with equivalent experience.
• Up to 1–2 years experience.
• Must have working knowledge with power tools and/or outdoor power equipment including their designs and uses.
• Analytical; detail oriented; strong communication skills; PC literate.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and analyze components of the returned product to determine credit eligibility.
• Verify the purchase date and return windows (30 or 90 days depending on category).
• Record the status of each product inspected and communicate with Home Depot associates.
• Maintain knowledge of inspection techniques and strive for continuous improvement.
• Capable of lifting and transporting heavy tools (up to 50 lbs.) as needed.
