Job summary

Millenniumsoft, Inc is seeking a Distribution Associate in Four Oaks, North Carolina. You will receive, inspect, and process returned products, ensuring accuracy, GDP compliance, and proper documentation. This role requires precise data entry and the ability to work with RF scanners and warehouse equipment.

The schedule is 1st shift, Monday–Friday, with overtime on weekdays and Saturdays. Pay is $17.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, preferred.
• 1 year of relevant experience, preferred.
• Experience with MHE, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and sort returned products based on condition and guidelines.
• Identify damage, defects, expiration, or discrepancies on returned goods.
• Accurately document return reason codes, product details, and disposition outcomes.
• Process returns through RF technology and warehouse management systems.
• Repackage, re-label, and prepare items for restocking, quarantine, or scrap.
• Ensure accurate data entry and GDP compliance.
• Process customer orders including scanning barcodes, picking cases, and labeling boxes as needed.
• Palletize orders and verify shipment accuracy.
