Job summary

First Supply LLC in Wisconsin is seeking a Warehouse Associate to help process returned products, inspect items, and maintain inventory accuracy. You will use RF scanning equipment, enter data, and support customer service in daily return operations.

Monday through Friday, 9am–5:30pm, with emphasis on accuracy and timely processing. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and comfortable learning our warehouse systems.

Qualifications

• Ability to use radio-frequency (RF) scanning equipment and warehouse technology.
• Good computer knowledge and ability to learn First Supply LLC’s business system.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate RF scanning equipment to track inventory movements and returns.
• Process incoming product and check for damage.
• Receive, inspect, and process returned merchandise accurately.
• Determine disposition of returns (restock, vendor return, warranty, salvage, disposal).
• Enter return data into warehouse management and applicable systems.
• Monitor order status and follow hold procedures.
• Label outbound material with shipping labels.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse; follow safety procedures.
