Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in returns processing or warehouse QC preferred.
• Must be able to operate in a fast-paced environment and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and use basic warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect returned products for condition and resale eligibility.
• Restock saleable items to correct locations and document inventory updates.
• Process shipments and support shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment activities.
• Maintain clean, organized returns area and communicate discrepancies to supervisors.
