Job summary

Qualifications

• Follow written and verbal directions accurately.
• Maintain productivity and quality in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to manage time effectively.
• Physical ability to lift 10–50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel and reach as needed.
• Open availability with flexibility for varying shifts.
• 1–2 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage the intake of returns from drivers and inspect items.
• Sort returns into core, defect, and new categories.
• Apply account number stickers on cores and defects.
• Redistribute new merchandise to other stores and enter each item into the computer system.
• Collaborate with salesmen and managers to resolve customer return issues.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
