Job summary

SpecialtyRx is seeking a licensed Ohio Pharmacy Technician or trainee for a full-time role. Base pay ranges from $18.00 to $21.00 per hour. Responsibilities include stock management, packaging, shipping, and adherence to pharmacy standards.

Shift is 6pm-2:30am, Monday through Friday. Benefits include health and vision insurance, PTO, and EAP. Join a LTC pharmacy focused on quality care for long term care facilities, collaborating with a team to ensure accurate dispensing and regulatory

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Licensed OH Pharmacy Technician or trainee required.
• Must be reliable and execute multiple tasks assigned.
• Good organizational skills and detail oriented.
• Ability to physically perform light lifting.

Responsibilities

• Able to work under the direction of a supervisor.
• Experience working Controlled Drugs (Narcotics) room a plus.
• Maintains floor stock, restocking, removal of expired medications.
• Rotate stock of medication areas to assure quality controls.
• Prepack for floor bulk prescribed medications.
• Package fill and ship medications.
• Responsible for pharmacy standards, maintained and adherence policies.
• Team player and collaborate with others to support the goals of the pharmacy.
• Complete any other task assigned by the supervisor.

SpecialtyRx is a Long-Term Care pharmacy providing pharmaceutical services to long term care facilities and assisted living communities. SpecialtyRx takes pride in delivering personalized care and quality pharmacy services.

Responsibilities:

Able to work under the direction of a supervisor.
