KARL STORZ North America is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Associate II - Warehouse/Inventory to support our Operations team in Texas. The role emphasizes accurate inventory management, material handling, and order fulfillment, with SAP usage for transactions and inventory control.

The position is full-time and onsite, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with responsibilities spanning cycle counts, shipments, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely deliveries and

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
1 year of inventory control, order fulfillment or warehouse experience.
Experience with MS Office and inventory systems.
Excellent attention to detail and communication.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

Perform inventory transactions and material movements within SAP while maintaining accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
Process, pick, pack, and prepare materials for outbound shipments, ensuring correct product, serial, and batch information.
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock checks, inventory reporting, and daily warehouse audits.
Support warehouse operations including put-away activities, replenishment of Kanban inventory, labeling, and material handling.
Partner with teams across Manufacturing, Quality, and Logistics to resolve inventory issues and support operational needs.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment while adhering to company safety and quality standards.
