Job summary

Baden Sports is seeking a Warehouse Generalist to own the returns process and support day-to-day warehouse operations in Kent, WA. You will ensure returned products are received, inspected, and recorded accurately while helping inbound receiving, inventory control, and shipping activities.

Success comes from attention to detail, clear communication, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Lifting and equipment operation may be required, with training provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing, and basic math skills required.
• Comfortable using computers and learning ERP software.
• Able to lift 25–50 pounds in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Forklift or warehouse equipment experience is a plus.
• Available to work extended hours when business needs require.
• Maintains excellent attendance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process customer returns accurately and efficiently.
• Record return transactions in Microsoft Business Central.
• Determine proper product disposition following company guidelines.
• Return approved inventory to stock while maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Communicate return issues and product concerns to appropriate departments.
• Maintain organized documentation and accurate records.
• Assist with unloading inbound containers and putting away inventory.
• Support inventory control activities including cycle counts and product organization.
• Assist shipping, receiving, and customization departments as needed.
• Participate in process improvement efforts and cross-functional projects.
