Job summary

Westaff seeks a Returns Inspector for the Quincy Distribution Center to handle daily processing of returned medical devices in a regulated environment.

Training is provided; after training, the role starts early and follows a Monday–Friday schedule with weekly pay. You will perform inspections, dispositions, and data entry, while collaborating with multiple teams and elevating issues as needed.

Responsibilities

• Process returned medical devices daily.
• Determine product disposition per inspection plans/procedures.
• Serve as subject matter expert for returns/complaints.
• Train new employees on returns/complaints processes.
• Troubleshoot and elevate issues during processing.
• Communicate with internal/external multi-functional groups.
• Investigate and disposition non-standard returns.
• Resolve bio hazard return issues with representatives.
• Complete nonconforming reports, scrap forms, or plant returns.
• Perform SAP, WM, and GCMS-TW transactions.
• Conduct sterility, incoming, in-process, returns, and complaints inspections.
• Complete inspection data forms and non-conforming reports.
• Interface with site reps on non-conforming issues.

Pay: $19.10 per hour • Schedule: Monday-Friday • Weekly Pay

Hours

• Training: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (2-4 weeks)

• Post-training: Start as early as 6:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Process returned medical devices daily

• Determine product disposition per inspection plans/procedures
