Job summary

Cencora is hiring for a Full-Time warehouse position in Corona, CA. You will support distribution operations, handle order fulfillment, and work a Monday–Friday 4AM start with overtime as needed.

Starting pay is $21.75 per hour with potential to earn up to $24.28 based on performance incentives and referrals, with a competitive benefits package and a focus on safe, efficient distribution practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some warehouse or distribution experience preferred (1 year or less).
• Ability to read and understand English.
• Able to work in climate-controlled facility and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customer orders: stocking, restocking, picking, packing, and outbound shipping.
• Perform daily cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Use equipment to track, monitor, and verify products for distribution.
• Maintain a clean work area to ensure product safety and prevent injuries.
• Verify received products against documents and report discrepancies or damages.
