Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Data Entry Associate for the Returns Department. You will support leadership with data entry, coordinate returned item data daily, and enter data across returns and customer service functions.

You will generate reports, research issues, audit data, and cross-train in other departments as needed. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and Excel skills are essential for success in a fast-paced, global operations environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Returns leadership with data entry and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate returned item data daily and enter data as required.
• Create and run reports as needed.
• Research issues and maintain audits.
• Cross-train in other departments and provide support when needed.
• Ensure proper documentation and safety training where applicable.
