Responsibilities

• Support leadership and inspectors with data entry.
• Maintain high service standards for other departments.
• Interface with staff by phone, email, or in person.
• Ensure emails are responded to daily and promptly.
• Enter data for the Returns Department and Customer Service as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with other departments.
