Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in Reno is seeking a full-time Returns Clerk to support returns processing. The role runs Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm, with a pay rate of $18 per hour. The successful candidate will handle tallying returns, inventory put-away, and light warehouse tasks.

You must be comfortable standing all day, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and pay attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Equal opportunity employer; location is South Reno.

Responsibilities

• Obtain return tally sheet and record consignee, items, condition, and tracking information.
• Submit tally to Customer Service; QA determines stock status (good vs damaged).
• If returnable, locate inventory and store properly.
• If damaged, move to QA department area.
• Retrieve trash from pick locations, sweep aisles, tape boxes, and perform related tasks.

Express is seeking a full time Returns Clerk in South Reno!

This position has a schedule of Monday through Friday

7:30am - 4:30pm

Payrate: $18 / hr.

They are seeking a candidate with good attention to detail, heavy lifting up to 50 lbs., comfortable with standing all day

The job details include but are not limited to:

• Obtain return tally sheet and fill out necessary information regarding consignee, received items - amount, condition and any special notes, carrier, tracking number, original order number and any other referencing information provided on package.
• Submit tally to Customer Service Department - once tally has been processed in the system a report will be given to Quality Assurance Department which will indicate if the product should be returned to good stock or damaged stock.
• If the product can be returned to good stock, determine appropriate inventory location and put away.
• If the product is damaged, place within appropriate location within Quality Assurance Department.
• Responsible for retrieving trash from pick locations (plastic, empty boxes) and placing debris in appropriate receptacles, sweeping aisles and department as necessary, taping boxes as necessary, and similar department tasks.
