Job summary

Stryker Group is hiring a Returns Associate to support daily operations in our Returns Department. You will unload trucks, verify and record returns in SAP, and coordinate with QA and logistics to ensure accurate restocking or disposal decisions.

Responsibilities include packaging, documenting returns, and collaborating to resolve issues while applying Lean Six Sigma concepts for process improvements. This is an on-site role with defined daytime hours and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Lean Six Sigma principles applied in daily tasks.

• Maintain records using SAP, EWM, and Microsoft-based systems.
• Report equipment or process issues to supervisors, especially those affecting quality, cost, or safety.

• Apply Lean Six Sigma principles to daily tasks.
• Inspect returned products to determine restock, scrap, or repack decisions.
• Support receipt and tracking of credit return orders and complaint-related returns.

Schedule: Mon – Fri, 7:00am – 3:30pm, OT as needed

What you will do:

The Returns Associate supports the daily operations in our Returns Department which starts with unloading our trucks and ends with receiving product into our SAP system and includes all steps in between.

• Assist with daily unloading of return packages

• Unbox, remove shipping materials, and repackage returned items

• Maintain accurate records using SAP, EWM, and Microsoft-based systems

• Report equipment or process issues to supervisors, especially those affecting quality, cost, or safety

• Troubleshoot return-related issues and suggest process improvements

• Apply Lean Six Sigma principles to daily tasks

• Inspect returned products to determine if they should be restocked, scrapped, or repackaged

• Support receipt and tracking of credit return orders and complaint-related returns, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up

What you need:
