Job summary

Stryker in Indiana's Plainfield facility is seeking a Returns Associate to support daily operations in the Returns Department, from unloading trucks to receiving products in SAP.

You will unbox, repackage, and record activities in SAP/EWM, while applying Lean Six Sigma to improve processes and ensure accurate documentation on credit return orders and complaints.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred SAP experience.
• Competent with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily unloading of return packages.
• Unbox, remove shipping materials, and repackage returned items.
• Maintain accurate records using SAP, EWM, and Microsoft-based systems.
• Report equipment or process issues to supervisors, especially those affecting quality, cost, or safety.
• Troubleshoot return-related issues and suggest process improvements.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma principles to daily tasks.
• Inspect returned products to determine if they should be restocked, scrapped, or repackaged.
• Support receipt and tracking of credit return orders and complaint-related returns, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
