Job summary

Oxford Industries returns clerk role in the United States requires checking and keying customer returns into the system to ensure accuracy and timely processing.

You will inspect items, verify documents, and collaborate with vendors and customer service to maintain inventory integrity and ERP accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ months of relevant work experience preferred.
• Accurate and thorough.
• Good knowledge of reprocessing work.
• Able to work efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect returned goods for damage, defects, or discrepancies.
• Verify return authorization and documentation.
• Work with vendors on questions or missing return authorizations.
• Record return transactions in inventory or ERP systems.
• Provide the vendor with all necessary details for input into their system.
• Sort and categorize items for restocking, disposal, or repair.
• Communicate with customer service and warehouse teams regarding return issues.
• Assist with inventory counts and audits as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the returns area.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.

About the Role:

To check and key all Customer returns into the system.

Purpose of Position

To check and key all Customer returns into the system.

Essential Job Functions

• Receive and inspect returned goods for damage, defects, or discrepancies.
