Hourly rate ranges from $21.00 - $21.25 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and be accountable for the total operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
• Establish and maintain guest services.
• Control expenses, manage shrink, merchandising, inventory, staffing, setup, and teardown of seasonal store.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.
