Job description

Hourly rate ranges from $17.50 - $17.75 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Benefits include: Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs, End of Season Premium Pay Program. All Bonus and Pay Programs are subject to qualifications.

This position is for individuals who have previously worked for Spencer’s / Spirit Halloween in an Assistant Store Manager role.

Responsibilities:

1. Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a Seasonal Store.
2. Assist in maximizing sales and profitability by maintaining guest services, staff development, and inventory control.
3. Help control expenses, shrinkage, and oversee merchandising and inventory.

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Flexible schedule.
• Prior retail management experience.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours, climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
