Job summary

HNTB Corporation is seeking an intern to assist the construction services team under close supervision. The role involves office support tasks, minutes, tracking logs, and learning project processes across a range of assignments.

You will participate in meetings, observe on-site testing, and help review drawings while gaining hands-on experience in infrastructure construction. Suitable for current/former interns pursuing construction services studies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent plus current enrollment in an accredited post-secondary construction services program.
• Two years of post-secondary construction services program completed or in progress.
• Current or former HNTB intern is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist construction office tasks including meeting minutes and tracking logs.
• Attend and observe project meetings with internal and external teams.
• Observe on-site material testing and assist with basic shop drawing review.
• Conduct basic research and data collection.
• Read construction drawings and provide feedback as requested.
• Support portions of special projects as directed.
