Job summary

Pali Adventures seeks returning camp staff to supervise and guide campers on-site in Running Springs, CA. Staff live on-site with campers, participating in morning activities, meals, and afternoon electives. You will be a dependable, positive role model, helping campers grow confidence and learn new skills this season.

Pay ranges from $450–$700 weekly, with leadership roles from $650–$1200+ weekly, based on experience and specialty. Housing and meals are provided during the onsite program.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Dependability, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
• Follow safety procedures and Pali policies.
• Specialty experience, certifications, or licenses when required for the position.

Responsibilities

• Provide ACTIVE SUPERVISION and support campers throughout the camp day. Early mornings – Late Nights.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment.
• Participate in and help lead camp activities and programming.
• Serve as a positive role model for campers.
• Encourage campers to try new things and get involved.
• Support campers with homesickness, behavior, and day-to-day needs.
• Work closely with fellow counselors, specialty staff, and camp leadership.
• Follow all Pali safety policies and procedures.
