The Retrofit Installer is responsible for installing, modifying, and upgrading HVAC systems in existing commercial and mixed-use buildings as part of tenant improvement and retrofit projects. This role requires hands on experience working in occupied an unoccupied space, adapting to existing conditions, and delivering high-quality installations with minimal disruption. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills in ductwork, equipment installation, refrigerant piping, and basic electrical and control wiring, and is committed to safety, quality, and teamwork in a fast-paced retrofit environment.

Heavy Lifting: Frequently lift and carry materials, tools, and equipment weighing up to 50–75 lbs.
Standing & Walking: Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and moving around job sites.
Climbing & Balancing: Work on ladders, scaffolds, or elevated platforms to install and retrofit.
Stooping & Kneeling: Frequent bending, crouching, and kneeling in confined spaces.
Manual Dexterity: Use of hands and arms for cutting threading, welding, retrofitting.
Visual & Hearing Requirements: Ability to read blueprints, measure accurately, and detect sounds of leaks or machinery.
Environmental Conditions: Exposure to varying temperatures, dust, noise, and sometimes hazardous materials.
