Job summary

CHAI is seeking a part-time Retreat Services Associate to assist in day-to-day food service operations and maintain facility cleanliness across dining areas, kitchen, bathrooms, and common spaces. The role reports to the Retreat Services Manager and supports catering, setting dining and buffet tables, serving guests, and clearing after meals.

Ideal candidates exhibit a solid work ethic, strong time-management, attention to detail, and excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Dining room set up and meal service, including buffet with necessary equipment.
• Maintain buffet area and replenish food as needed during service.
• Break down buffet and manage post-meal cleanup.
• Clean and restock kitchen employee bathroom; manage kitchen linens daily.
• Break down and reset meeting spaces after events; manage audio/visual setup.
• Clean and organize common areas and assist with event logistics as needed.
