Reporting to the Retreat Program Manager, you will help supervise hourly Retreat Hosts, coordinate logistics for sessions, and serve as the primary on-site contact for groups, ensuring a welcoming, well-run experience at OAEC.

Responsibilities

• Support environmental and social movement leaders during organizational retreats, trainings, or alliance meetings.
• Assist with administrative, logistical, and hands-on retreat hosting tasks.
• Serve as the lead contact for groups and support the hosting team when the Retreat Program Manager is not on site.
