Job summary

Elohee Retreat Center is seeking an Executive Director to lead strategy, operations, and guest experience. The successor will partner with staff and the Board to advance sustainability, growth, and a broader facilitator network across retreats and programs.

The Executive Director will live onsite, supervise a team, manage a multi-revenue operation nearing $2M, and drive fundraising, partnerships, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in nonprofit/hospitality/retreat settings.
• Experience developing and executing medium- to long-term strategy.
• Proven fundraising experience and donor stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Board to define and execute vision and growth.
• Lead day-to-day operations across guest experience, facilities, and retreats.
• Oversee budgeting, financial statements, and revenue growth.
