Job summary

Goodyear CTSC is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee retreading operations for light and medium trucks, buses and specialty tires. You will lead Retread Technicians, ensure safety, quality, and production goals, and maintain accurate production records.

You will manage equipment, schedules, and process improvements while upholding Service Excellence and company safety standards in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience supervising production in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong safety mindset and adherence to procedures.
