Job summary

Pete’s Tire Barns Inc in South Windsor, CT is seeking a full-time Plant Operations Supervisor to help plan and direct daily production activities in alignment with Bandag processes and company goals.

You will supervise staff, maintain quality, perform audits, and coordinate maintenance, inventory, and cost controls to meet production targets. Some evenings or weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; associate or technical degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of tire retreading or related manufacturing operations experience.
• Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory, lead, or team management role.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and directing daily plant activities to meet production goals.
• Support adherence to Bandag retread processes and quality standards.
• Supervise production staff and coordinate staffing to meet demand.
• Lead safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
