Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills needed.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, fractions and decimals.

Responsibilities

• Operates the Retorts and related functions.
• Maintains system checks on pumps, charts, steam, and related equipment.
• Monitors processing charts, meters, gauges, and safety checks; notifies management of deviations.
