Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Retirement & Wealth Provider Solutions Consultant to join the Insights, Innovation, and Operate team in the United States. You will analyze retirement-provider offerings, develop differentiating strategies, and support a range of client initiatives from strategy to technology modernization.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in financial services, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 50%. A bachelor's degree and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in the financial services.
• Ability to travel 0-50%, based on client assignments.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Analyze retirement-provider products and services to identify market competitiveness and opportunities.
• Develop differentiation strategies for products, services, processes, and technology capabilities.
• Conduct market research, prepare white papers, and deliver client training on marketplace trends.
• Support client work across business strategy, sales and marketing, client service, product development, technology modernization, and business operations.
• Create and review detailed client deliverables that communicate findings, recommendations, and next steps.
• Collaborate with Deloitte's Retirement Services network and mentor colleagues to share market insights.
