Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Retirement & Wealth Provider Solutions Consultant in Portland, OR. You will analyze retirement-provider offerings, benchmark market competitiveness, and develop differentiation strategies with the Insights, Innovation & Operate team.

You will conduct market research, prepare client-ready deliverables, and support cross-functional work across business strategy, sales, product development, and technology modernization. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of professional experience in the financial services industry.
• Ability to travel 0-50% based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and benchmark retirement-provider products and services to identify market competitiveness, strengths, gaps, and opportunities.
• Develop differentiation strategies and recommendations to improve products, services, processes, and technology capabilities.
• Conduct market research, prepare white papers, and deliver client training on marketplace trends.
• Support client work across business strategy, sales and marketing, client service, product development, technology modernization, and business operations.
• Create and review detailed client deliverables communicating findings, recommendations, and next steps.
• Collaborate with Deloitte's Retirement Services network and mentor colleagues to share market insights and support team development.
