Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze and benchmark retirement-provider products and services for market competitiveness.
• Develop differentiation strategies to improve products, services, processes, and tech capabilities.
• Conduct market research, prepare white papers, and deliver client training on marketplace trends.
• Support client work across business strategy, sales/marketing, client service, product development, and operations.
• Create and review detailed client deliverables communicating findings and next steps.
• Collaborate with Deloitte's Retirement Services network and mentor colleagues on market insights.
