Job summary

Lincoln Financial Group in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Customer Service Representative for Retirement plans. You will be the primary contact for plan participants, educate customers about the retirement plan, and deliver a positive, service‑oriented experience.

Training occurs in the Fort Wayne office with a work‑from‑home option after training; regular hours are 8:00am–8:00pm EST, with a starting pay of $20.10 per hour plus a bilingual bonus of $1.00 per hour if fluent in Spanish.

Qualifications

• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Ability to learn complex systems quickly and adapt to new tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls (60-90/day), handle emails and callbacks from participants, beneficiaries and sponsors.
• Work in a structured, team-oriented setting focused on problem resolution.
• Meet or exceed defined KPIs for call metrics and quality.
• Educate customers about their retirement plan and assist with system navigation.
• Demonstrate professionalism during high-volume periods and adapt to changing priorities.
