Responsibilities

• Answer 60–90 inbound calls per day, plus callbacks and emails from plan participants, beneficiaries, financial professionals and sponsors.
• Work in a fast-paced, structured, team environment focused on problem resolution and meeting KPIs.
• Meet and/or exceed established call metrics and quality goals.
• Educate customers about their retirement plan using solid problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate professionalism and maintain composure during high call volume and changing priorities.
• Identify and suggest process improvements to improve team performance.
