You Are:

The Work:

1. Provide production support for retirement industry applications based on web and services technologies.
2. Diagnose, triage, and aid in troubleshooting for web-based retirement plan sponsor administrative tools and their interactions with an external user community and backend retirement systems.
3. Collaborate with other support team members to manage and respond to issues related to infrastructure, connectivity, identity management, content, and data intake/delivery.
4. Resolve user performance or usage complaints for functions in digital tools and interfaces used by external clients and internal teams.
5. Travel may be required; the amount of travel will vary depending on business needs and client requirements.
