This role offers a hybrid work arrangement with training and advancement opportunities, including licenses such as FINRA Series 6 & 63 and the CRPC designation, to support career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Excellent customer service, verbal communication skills and attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills and good decision-making ability
• Effective problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to change
• Knowledge of retirement plans and investments preferred
• Positive and optimistic attitude

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to GuideStone members
• Educate members on plan features and articulate retirement, tax and legal issues
• Explain Mutual Fund Investment vehicles and portfolio options
• Promote GuideStone products through cross-selling
