• Experience supporting retirement plan renewals and open enrollment materials.

Responsibilities

• Act as initial contact for Clients and Carriers on the Client Service Team.
• Review contracts, plan documents, and other legal materials for accuracy.
• Support compliance with annual plan testing and Form 5500 filings.
• Coordinate with carriers and client service teams for new retirement plans.
• Maintain client files in the Agency Management System.
