Job summary

Voya Financial Advisors is seeking a Financial Professional to join the Orlando area team. The role focuses on plan sponsor relationships in tax-exempt markets and retail, handling 403(b)/457 enrollment and retirement strategies while educating participants.

The candidate will prospect and schedule appointments, recommend investments and conduct retirement seminars to help clients meet financial goals. Prior securities registrations and life/health licenses are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with defined contribution plans (403(b), 457, 401(a) preferred).
• Securities registrations – Series 7, 65 & 66 preferred.
• Life & Health Insurance Licenses.
• Strong ability to educate clients and conduct seminars.

Responsibilities

• Handle 403(b)/457 enrollment, retirement and investment strategies for plan participants.
• Prospect, schedule and conduct one-on-one appointments to recommend investments.
• Research client service questions and investment issues for timely guidance.
• Conduct retirement and investment seminars to educate clients.
