Job summary

Voya Financial Advisors, Inc. in the greater San Diego area seeks a Financial Professional to manage plan sponsor relationships in tax-exempt markets and retail, focusing on 403(b)/457 enrollment, retirement and investment strategies, and participant education.

You will prospect, schedule and conduct one-on-one appointments, recommend investment strategies, and research client service questions. You may also present retirement and investment seminars to clients.

Qualifications

• Experience with 403(b), 457, and defined contribution plans.
• Registered Representative and securities licenses preferred.
• Life & Health Insurance Licenses preferred.
• Strong client-facing and seminar presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Enroll participants in retirement and investment strategies and conduct seminars.
• Prospect, schedule and conduct one-on-one appointments with clients.
• Recommend and implement investment strategies and research client questions.
• Educate participants on plan options and retirement goals.
