Voya Financial Advisors, Inc., a leading independent broker-dealer, seeks a Financial Professional to join our team in the Virginia Beach area to work plan sponsor relationships in the state and government retirement plan market. The role focuses on enrollment, retirement and investment strategies.

Qualified candidates should hold securities registrations and life/health licenses, with ability to conduct retirement seminars and one-on-one meetings.

Qualifications

• Registered Representative with experience working defined contribution plans, 403(b), 457, and 401(a) preferred.
• Securities registrations – Series 6 and Series 63 (7 & 66 preferred).
• Life & Health Insurance Licenses.
• Desire to assist clients meet their financial and retirement goals and to become a top producer in the Financial Services Industry.

Responsibilities

• Enroll 403(b)/457 enrollment, retirement and investment strategies, and participant education and seminars.
• Prospect, schedule and conduct one-on-one appointments, and research client service issues and investment questions.
• Conduct retirement and investment seminars and build plan sponsor relationships in the State and government retirement plan market.
