Responsibilities

• Perform daily and cyclical retirement plan processing in compliance with regulations and governing documents.
• Issue new loans and distributions.
• Generate reports and participant statements with quality control.
• Investigate and resolve cash or asset exceptions and respond to inquiries from related teams.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to implement changes in investment selections.
