Job summary

BOK Financial is seeking a Plan Services Specialist I in Tulsa to ensure timely and accurate processing of retirement plans. The role operates within defined policies and procedures, with decision-making authority and responsibility in day-to-day tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or related field, and 4-5 years' experience in a payroll or trust environment; or equivalent work experience.
• Payroll or benefits experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform all daily and cyclical activities in compliance with applicable regulations, tax laws, and the governing documents specific to each retirement plan.
• Issue new loans and distributions.
• Generate reports and participant statements, while ensuring quality control.
• Research and resolve cash or asset exceptions; respond to inquiries from Reconciliation, Participant Service Group, or Relationship Management regarding problems, complaints, or requests.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to execute changes in investment selections within plans, fund mappings, or additions.
