BOK Financial Corporation is seeking a Securities Services Operations Specialist I in Tulsa, OK. This role supports wealth management accounts on trust and bond accounting systems, handling setup, processing, settlements, valuations, and reconciliations.

You will work with account officers, operations, risk, compliance, and external vendors to ensure accurate client reporting and performance data, in a collaborative, growth-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred or equivalent.
• Experience in high-volume securities operations is preferred.
• Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills; able to meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all security transactions, daily processes, and agreements are completed timely and accurately.
• Apply knowledge of securities processing to define, measure, analyze, and improve processes.
• Resolve complex issues promptly and support auditors, compliance, and account officers.
• Test and document reports to support daily operations and strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues or educate on processes.
• Proactively identify solutions and resources to complete projects and exception processing.
